Event Description
OPUS NW, LLC and Intel have teamed up to hold the Bridgetown Book Drive, benefiting three local Elementary Schools. The drive will kick off with a barbecue and Opus sponsored concert featuring The Stolen Sweets in Couch Park on First Thursday, August 7, from 5 to 7 p.m. Community members and businesses can bring books to the event or donate at any local Hollywood Video location through the month of August. Hollywood Video is offering one free movie rental for a contribution of five new or gently used books at 20 of its area locations
What if I can't attend the kick off event?
You can drop off your books at any local Hollywood Video location through the month of August. Hollywood Video is offering ONE FREE MOVIE RENTAL for a contribution of five new or gently used books.

Who Benefits?
The first annual drive will benefit Clark Elementary, Kelly Elementary and Mooberry Elementary. All three schools also have under-stocked classroom libraries, and a high percentage of students receive free or reduced lunch.
